ORAL COMMUNICATIONS GUIDELINES

  • All oral communication sessions are scheduled on Saturday.
  • The same author may only present one communication in oral format, although may be co-author of other communications.
  • Oral communications will be allocated 10 minutes each. Chairs will ensure that the presentation time is strictly respected.
  • PowerPoint presentations must be delivered at least 60 minutes before the start of the session, at the presentation’s delivery point. They cannot be uploaded once the session has started.
  • The computers in the rooms are PC (not Mac), Windows 10 Pro, PowerPoint 2010. Recommended format 16:9 horizontal. The use of your own computers is not permitted.
  • The PowerPoint presentations will be written in English, although can be presented in Spanish or English as there will be simultaneous translation service in both languages.
  • At least the first slide must include the congress logo, which will be made available to the authors.
  • Oral communications cannot mention any commercial company, laboratory, nor their logos can appear. In the case of pharmaceutical products, Phyto-preparations and food supplements, the appearance of their trade name is not permitted, only can be detailed the name of the active ingredient or the quantitative-qualitative composition of the phytopreparation or supplement.

 

POSTER GUIDELINES

  • Poster sessions are scheduled on Friday and Saturday.
  • The authors will be informed of the assigned poster session and the time in which the poster must be hung up and removed.
  • Posters that are not removed by the authors will be kept only until the end of the congress.
  • Posters will be written in English.
  • The posters will be displayed with a maximum dimension of 90cm wide x 120cm high. Each poster will be assigned a numbered board. Hanging material (double side tape) will be available in the poster area. In the case of fabric posters, it is the author’s responsibility to bring the material to hang it.
  • The main author must stand next to the poster during the corresponding session. Each author will be allocated 5 minutes for presenting the poster and 2 minutes for discussion. Chairs will ensure that the presentation time is strictly respected.
  • The poster must have the congress logo shown at the top. It will be made available to the authors.
